A few days ago my friend shared this cool video tutorial with me. It explains how we can convert a video into a cinemagraph (animated gif) using Photoshop in the simplest way.
A cinemagraph is an image in which instants of motion are restricted to a particular spot. Minor and repeated movements occur only in a specific element of a still photograph; thus, giving the illusion of a video within an image.
